Ms. Rodriguez
Middle School- English, Fine Arts, & Career Class
Ms. Rodriguez has taught at FOA since 2003. She began as our 5th grade teacher and has taught 4th – 12th grades, as well as being the co-director of our Christmas dramas and other programs. Ms. Rodriguez graduated from Lehman College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Special Education. Ms. Rodriguez has been teaching students for over 26 years. Ms. Rodriguez is teaching Middle School English, 9th grade Fine Arts, and 8th grade Career Class.

Middle School/High School Math & Science
Mr. Rogalski joined FOA in 2024. He is currently our Middle School Math and Science teacher. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Humanities and a Doctorate in Philosophy from Michigan State University. Mr. Rogalski has over 7 years of teaching experience. Mr. Joe is a blessing to us.
Ms. Mateo Ramirez
HS English & Spanish
Ms. Mateo Ramirez joined FOA in 2026 as our high school English and Spanish teacher. Ms. Mateo earned her Bachelor's degree in English Education from the University of South Florida and is passionate about creating a classroom where students feel valued, challenged, and inspired to grow both academically and personally. She strives to foster a positive, engaging learning environment where every student feels seen, supported, and encouraged to reach his/hers potential. Ms. Mateo is excited to partner with students and families and looks forward to a wonderful school year filled with learning, growth, and success.
