MIDDLE SCHOOL TEACHERS

Ivelisse Rodriguez
Middle School- English & High School- Spanish
Ms. Rodriguez has taught at FOA since 2003. She began as our 5th grade teacher and has taught 4th – 12th grades, as well as being the co-director of our Christmas dramas and other programs. Ms. Rodriguez graduated from Lehman College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Special Education. Ms. Rodriguez has been teaching students for over 26 years. Ms. Rodriguez will be teaching middle school English, Social Studies and High School Spanish this year.

Mr. Miller
Middle School- Math & Science
Mr. Miller joined FOA in 2020 as the Middle School Math and Science teacher. Mr. Miller earned his Bachelors of Science in Church Ministry and an minor in Church Music from Southeastern University. Along with his 4 years of teaching experience, Mr. Miller has worked as a Youth Minister in Orlando, FL and managed a Math Learning Center in Ramsey, NJ.
Mrs. Juarez
Middle School- Bible / Social Studies & High School- Drama
Mrs. Juarez (Ms. J.) began teaching at FOA in 2020 working with the middle school students teaching Bible and Social Studies, as well as High School Drama. She has an Associate's degree in Mass communication, Associate's degree in Radio and Television, and a Bachelor's degree in Theater. Mrs. Juarez has served as a Christian Ministry Director, Youth Pastor, and International Missionary to Central and South America, as well as Cuba, She has been teaching for over 15 years.
